My port is not on the list. Can you still come?
Usually yes. The list shows the ports we are asked for most often, not a limit. Tell us where the yacht is lying and the dates, and the technician will tell you on the first call whether and when we can be there.
How much notice do you need?
In Tuscany and Liguria a survey is usually possible within a few days. For ports further away a few days to a couple of weeks of notice helps, because we try to group visits along the same coast.
Does the yacht have to go to a yard?
No. Almost all the work is done alongside, in the berth, with our units on the quay. A yard is only involved when the job is part of a refit that is already happening there.
Do you work outside the summer season?
Yes. Winter and spring are often the best time, because the yacht is quiet, the systems can be opened up and there are no guests on board. The weeks before the season get booked up first.
